Powering Africa’s Energy Future at Utility Scale

NexusNoventra is successfully approved for a 1,000 MW Power Generation License for solar photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), positioning the company as one of the largest privately led renewable power developers in Nigeria.

The company has completed all requirements of the Enugu State Electricity Regulatory Commission (EERC), including the acquisition and control of over 3,000 hectares of contiguous land located near the **Ninth Mile area of Enugu State.

With regulatory approvals and land secured, NexusNoventra is now actively engaging qualified power offtakers for long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs).

1,000 MW LICENSED SOLAR + BESS PLATFORM

A Fully Licensed, De-Risked Power Development Platform

NexusNoventra’s Enugu State development represents a fully licensed, utility-scale renewable energy platform designed for phased deployment and long-term power supply.

Key Project Milestones:

  • 1,000 MW Solar PV and BESS Generation License approved

  • All EERC regulatory requirements completed

  • Over 3,000 hectares of land secured near Ninth Mile, Enugu State

  • Project structured for phased development and scalable capacity additions

  • Offtaker engagement underway

This platform enables flexible PPA structures, utility-scale delivery, and bankable project execution.

“NexusNoventra is building the power infrastructure Nigeria needs to catapult its economy to the next level. Licensing approved, land-secured, and designed for long-term power delivery at utility scale.”

Unlike early-stage power projects, NexusNoventra’s Enugu development has licensing approved and land-secured, eliminating two of the most common risks in African power development: regulatory uncertainty and land acquisition delays.

The project is now positioned to advance directly into:

  • Offtake contracting

  • Project financing

  • EPC execution

Strategic Positioning

Power Offtake Opportunities Available

NexusNoventra is currently engaging qualified offtakers, including:

  • Electricity distribution companies (DisCos)

  • Industrial and manufacturing facilities

  • Data centers and digital infrastructure operators

  • Government and public-sector power buyers

  • Bulk energy traders and aggregators

Interested parties are invited to engage NexusNoventra to discuss capacity allocations, PPA structures, and pricing frameworks.
